Emma
Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson born to British lawyers Jacqueline Luesby & Chris Watson in Paris, France. When she was just five years old her family moved to Oxfordshire and attended at the Dragon School. From the age of six Emma decided she would like to become an actress. For several years, she studied at the Oxford branch of Stagecoach Theatre Arts a part-time theatre academy where she studied dance and acting. She had already performed in various Stagecoach performances as well as in school events before she reached the age of ten. Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone (2000) was the film adaptation from J.K. Rowling's bestselling novel premiered for the first time in 1999. Casting agents discovered Emma by way of her Oxford theater teacher. David Heyman, the producer of Harry Potter Harry Potter's Sorcerer's Stone as well as Ron Weasley told Emma after the eight auditions that she'd been chosen for these roles. The cast included Daniel Radcliffe Rupert Grint and Rupert Grint. Emma's first appearance in a film was with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in 2001. The film broke records for beginning-day and weekend-opening sales as well as being the most-grossing feature in the year 2001. The film has been praised by critics for its film as well as the performances of its three major young actors. The well-known British newspaper The Daily Telegraph called her acting performance as admirable. Emma received the Young Artist Award as the Most Outstanding Young Actress in part of a feature Film. Emma was awarded five times for her performance in the film.
